I’ve spent more than 30 years studying how the body moves, compensates, and heals. My training at the Brian Utting School of Massage included advanced structural work and cadaver‑based anatomy, giving me a deep understanding of posture, alignment, and the patterns that create pain. Clients often tell me I find injuries they forgot they had — because I look at the whole body, not just isolated tension.
My background in bodybuilding and nutritional education helps me understand strength, recovery, and long‑term wellness. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an old injury, navigating postpartum changes, staying active in retirement, or simply wanting to move more comfortably, my work is designed around what your body needs.
Every session is personalized. I listen to your goals, assess your posture and movement, and create a treatment plan that supports real change — not just temporary relief. My approach blends corrective bodywork, structural massage, and practical education so you can feel better, move better, and understand your body more clearly.
Helping people feel stronger, more aligned, and more comfortable in their daily lives is the heart of my work. Your body has a story, and I’m here to help you move through it with confidence and ease.
